Skillfully hand embroidered 19th century rank badge. Civil rank silver pheasant. Dense gold/silver metallic couched threads throughout all on a medium black silk weft faced ground. The sun in the corner in fine coral beads. Backed in blue silk. In excellent antique as found condition.
