Vintage 1930s Graceful Silk Chiffon Evening Gown With Beaded Circles

 
Graceful black silk chiffon beaded evening gown dating to the 1930s. Cowl neckline with inverted v seaming at chest, fluid bias cut flowing out from the chest, criss cross overlap panels at the back. No closures, slips on over head, with long streamer ties each side, pleat ruffle at hem. Beading done in white glass seed beads in circles, center of the circles cut away. Great design. Not in perfect condition but is strong and wearable with some TLC and a bit of forgiveness, has a few clusters of small holes in the skirt, the arm holes have some fray and small tear but could be re rolled, 1/2″ seam opening at back overlap seam, the pleat ruffle on the hem looks like it may have be restitched on. This has been dry cleaned.

Chest measures 40″, waist 32″, length 58″.
