Vintage circa 1950 Glamorous Traina-Norell party dress

Vintage Traina-Norell, New York, party dress dating to the 1950's. Shapely bust with twist narrow straps, highly structured lined interior of bust with horizonal gathers exterior, gorgeous sheer silk overlay art fabric in overall floral pattern in copper and silver metallic on a black ground. Very full bias cut skirt with separate black stiff mesh crinoline, back metal zip. In good condition with some breaks to the exterior fabric at waist line these will need attention before it can be worn. Chest measures 34", waist 24", length 54".
