Antique Romantic vintage silk charmeuse slip

Beautfully hand stitched with fine French finished seams, this buttery soft ivory silk charmuese slip dates to the mid 20th century. With shaping seams at the bust, narrow straps and lace trimming along the chest as well as at the hem. Bias cut skirt. In excellent wearable condition with no stains, has has pleats along hemline so could be let down about 3 inches, these pleats hand stitched in silk threads as are the French seams. Chest measures 34", waist 26", bias cut thru hips, measures 41" in length.
