Antique 1850 Brussels bobbin lace applique wide flounce

Lovely airy and romantic white Brussels bobbin lace applique dating to the mid 19th century. Fine and delicate antique with the floral design elements seeming to float in the air. Both ends are finished like the bottom edge of the lace. In overall excellent condition with a very few scattered pindot breaks. Measures a total of 2 yards 27" long and 23" wide. Out of a large collection of early laces collected in Paris 1900-1910.
